Stereo Amplifier with Integrated DAC (32bit)
The Heart of the New Reference H-01 Series
The heart of the Reference H-01 Series is the new “Power DAC” A-H01 – a digital amplifier concept based on ICEpower® technology capable of providing up to 2 x 60 watts of clean power for signals processed through a high resolution, 32 bit, 192 kHz D/A converter chipset (type PCM5102) from the experts at Burr Brown®. A PC or MAC computer can be connected to this component via the Tenor® USB Audio Class 2 input on the rear panel. Processed digital signals are then routed through the amplification stages to attached passive loudspeakers of your choice. A subwoofer pre-out connection is provided for those wishing that extra punch. Four inputs – two analog and two digital (1 x coaxial and 1 x optical) allow the connection of external sources. The system remote control is a standard accessory with the A-H01 and operates the amplifier functions as well as other matching Reference H-01 family components.
